Delivery in Ukraine:

carried out by the transport company Nova Poshta, delivery is paid by the buyer.

International carriers

Europe, USA and other countries: EMS, DHL, Ukrposhta or your chosen international delivery service.

Terms of payment for goods are possible in the following ways:
Payment within Ukraine:

Products from stock are sent cash on delivery for an advance payment of UAH 500; when sending cash on delivery across Ukraine, the amount payable is indicated minus the funds previously deposited by the client.
The client pays the rest of the amount upon receipt at the New Post office after inspecting the product and size for compliance and quality.
In the event that the buyer does not appear at the post office or refuses to receive the goods, the ADVANCE PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, as it pays for the cost of transporting the parcel in two directions.

International orders

Delivery is made only after full prepayment for products and transportation costs (for example, through the WesternUnion transfer system).
Unfortunately, there is no international delivery service that does pay-on-delivery deliveries.
Taxes and duties (customs fee) will depend on the country where the shipment is made. They will need to be paid upon receipt. You can specify their size in the delivery service that we will choose.
When placing an order, indicate your country and city where delivery is required (this information is needed for the transport company to calculate the cost of delivery).

Installment and cash on delivery (cash on delivery) are not available for international orders.
