Exchange and return

You can return or exchange any item purchased at the PORTO online store if it doesn't suit you within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of purchase, from the moment you receive the order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:
- The item shows no signs of wear and maintains its original appearance.
- There is no scent of perfumes or any other defects indicating that the item has been worn.
- All labels and tags have not been removed.
- There is a receipt issued to the consumer along with the purchased item (store receipt or Nova Poshta receipt confirming that the buyer received the item).

If these conditions are not met, the items are not eligible for return or exchange and will be sent back at the Buyer's expense.

Important!
* When arranging a return shipment, the estimated value of the returned item should match the value of the item in the order.

Warranty Obligations

According to the Consumer Protection Law, a consumer, when purchasing a product, has the right to expect that its use will be guaranteed for the duration of the warranty period established for such a product. Article 4, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Law states that the consumer is obliged to:
- Carefully read the operating and storage rules provided by the seller (manufacturer) before starting to use the product.
- Use the product according to its intended purpose, following the operating and storage rules mentioned above.

Please note: According to the Consumer Protection Law, for seasonal goods (including outerwear and fur clothing), the warranty period is 60 days and is calculated from the moment the season starts:
- From March 15th to May 15th for spring assortment.
- From September 15th to November 15th for autumn assortment.
- From November 15th to March 15th for winter assortment.
- The warranty period is interrupted at the beginning of another season.
